Greyscarf, a Lunar Guard, has been through a terrible battle to protect the Princess. The image can be interpreted in one of two ways: either E has used his sewing talents to stitch up Greyscarf's healing wounds, or Greyscarf has already died and E has sewn his body back together in some sort of hope that he might return to life.
